Nightlights Dining

The first Friday of each month is Nightlights Dining night, a hosted meal in a local pub or restaurant for about thirty single people over the age of 39.
The meals are in relaxed settings, with equal numbers of men and women where possible.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking, receipt of payment secures your place. Please read the terms and conditions on this page.
Please honour your reservation but if you find you cannot attend, we ask you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give this notice we may have to pay the full cost of your meal and we will not be able to refund your money.

Reservations

Call the dining contact number on the leaflet (the number can also be found at www.nightlights.org.uk/ dining), give your full name and a telephone number and your menu choice. Leave a message if necessary.
Only by using this contact number can you be certain that your interest has been recorded.

How to Pay

By Cheque

Write a cheque for the full amount payable to ‘Nightlights’,
Include your full name, a contact telephone number.
Post to 34 Cantelupe Road, Haslingfield, CB23 1LU or hand it to the dining contact at Nightlights.

Online Banking

Sent the full amount to: Account No 02280008 Sort Code 309174 Ref ‘Nightlights Dining & Your Name’

Cash

Pay with cash at Nightlights events at The Red Lion.

First Come First Served

Bookings are ‘first come first served’.
Your place is not secured until payment is received.
We try to achieve equal numbers of men and women. If, when we receive your payment, all places have been allocated, we will put you on a reserve list.
Should places become available later, we will offer them in order of application.
Please be sure we have your telephone number.

Cancellation

If you cannot attend please give us at least 48 hours notice by calling the same dining contact number, so we can offer your place to someone else. If you do not give this notice we may have to pay the full cost of your meal and we will not be able to refund your money.

Menus

Most meals are fixed price menus. We might ask you for your choice from a menu before the evening, either at the time of booking, or later by phone. Drinks and any other purchases are your responsibility. A staff gratuity is normally included in the price you pay.
